推進式攪拌機係列

此類攪拌機多用於加藥反應裝置，選（xuǎn）型方法（fǎ）可參考槳式攪拌機，實際應用中一般容器小於3噸的機架可以選配。

推（tuī）進式攪拌器是（shì）常用整體鑄造或焊接壓製而成，加工方便，結構類似輪（lún）船的螺旋（xuán）槳推進器，常用三片槳葉構成，我國三葉推薦攪拌器的國際為HG5- 222-65，俗稱螺（luó）旋槳攪（jiǎo）拌器。

推進式（shì）攪拌器選型一般直徑取容器（qì）內徑的1/4-1/3，切向（xiàng）線速度可（kě）達5-15m/s，轉速一般為80-600r/min，最高轉速（sù）可達1750r/min，-般說小直徑取高轉速，大直徑取低轉速。攪拌時能使（shǐ）所有物料在（zài）容器（qì）內（nèi）循環流動，所起的作用以容積循環為主，剪切作用（yòng）小，上下翻騰效果好（hǎo），當采用擋板或導流筒則軸向循環更好。

The propeller mix can make all materials realize circular movements in the container. Its main function is volume circulation. The shearing action is small. The effect of up and down movements is good.If a bafle plate or guide cylinder is used, the axial circulation is better.
